\n \nRole Description The Commercial Lender is responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing commercial loan relationships with clients in Quincy, IL and the surrounding areas. This full-time, on-site role involves meeting with prospective and current customers, analyzing financial information, preparing loan proposals, and structuring credit solutions that align with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Commercial Lender will also provide back-up support to the Ag Lender.
\n \nThe Commercial Lender will monitor loan performance, manage portfolios, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships through additional banking products and services. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with internal credit and operations teams, ensuring timely documentation and closing of loans, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also includes participating in local networking and community events to build visibility and support the bank’s mission as a community-focused financial institution.
