Engaging business owners, the full-time Remote Appointment Setter will identify qualified sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team while working remotely in a supportive environment. Key responsibilities: Contact prospective child care business owners through various outreach channels to schedule high-quality appointments Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and challenges, and maintain accurate CRM records of communications Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role Experience engaging with business owners or decision-makers and uncovering business needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment with a reliable home office setup Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to manage pipelines and prospect activities
